Here's a big problem with the anti-War movement: A significant part of it is anti-Semitic.... I'm not saying they merely disapprove of Israeli policy -- I mean have bought into the Czarist, fascist, and now Arabist belief in a Jewish conspiracy.
But with out those people, the anti-War movement would be crippled. The anti-Semites were among the very first to oppose the war. They moved from carrying signs that showed the swastika as being equal to the Star of David to being activists in the Howard Dean campaign. With Howard Dean now head of DNC, they are quite involved in the Democratic Party.
For the foreseeable future the anti-War movement has to accommodate the anti-Semites to survive. The Democratic Party has to accommodate the anti-War movement to get their people elected. Thus, the DNC is beholden to anti-Semites.
Hopefully, enough of my fellow Jews will figure this out before it's too late.

Didn't Pitt have some Martin Luther delusion a while back, complete with a fantasy of marching up to the white house and nailing his decree on the door? I think Charles Henrickson had a funny comment about that incident which occurred on the FIRST Day When Everything Finally Changed.

And I never heard an accurate estimate of their crowd size. All CNN would say was that "supporters estimate that there are 100,000 people". Sure didn't look like 100,000 to me, and no one bothered to do aerial views of the crowd, as far as I could see. I would LOVE to see an aerial photo of that "crowd." What I saw were large gaps between the people. When you have 100,000 people gathered in the same area, you don't see the ground and I saw plenty of grass in the C-SPAN video and published photos. And I don't mean the grass you smoke. My impression of that "crowd" was that there was LOTS of room to stretch out.

It never ceases to amaze me at how many otherwise intelligent Jews always vote democrat.
There are many Jews down here (in liberal Palm Beach County) that hate George W. Bush with a passion. I just don't get it.

Too bad the hurricanes did not hit THEM!!! Proof God has a sense of humor. You don't get many opportunities to watch the Left implode in a sputtering display of exaggeration and discord.
It just doesn't get any funnier that this weekend. DU (and Kos) are reflections of the Loony Left -- the humorous gift that keeps on giving.

Fortunately or unfortunately, every lunatic fringe group exploited the situation and jumped on the DUmmie bandwagon. Not only the nutcases but the biggest case of opportunism must have been on display at this gathering.

It couldn't happen to a better group of protesters. Here in San Diego, I went to a counter code pinko protest and yep, sure enough, there was the Palestinian flag flying. They will doom what little of their party is left! p>hey PJ, I've missed a few DUFU's, did you get your new computer?

Hannity had a moonbat on his radio show today who was claiming 200,000. I saw one arial photo of the crowd that I would estimate contained 10 to 15 thousand people.
I hate to tell them but NASCAR draws 100,000 or more PAYING people 36 times a year.

Did you notice that the speakers included the usual cast of cretins? Cynthia McKinney, Jesse Jack@$$, Ramsey Clark, Lynn Stewart, Peta Lindsay, Cindy Sheehan, George Galloway, etc. I'm surprised I didn't see John Conyers, but I could only take so much of the drivel and I would have to periodically change the channel. So maybe he was there and I just missed him.

The media, even Fox is quoting 100,000 people. Thats how quick their lies stick. And so far the media hasn't picked up on the ANSWER thing.

I heard that moonbat. 10-15,000 really sounds much more accurate.

Personally I think the Dummies have created a very serious problem for themselves. The garden variety anti semite will accept the brush off with some complaints and grumbling but those who chant "intafada" may not accept the brush off so gracefully or peacefully.
Sorry for my ignorance but what does that word mean?

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! Pied Piper Pitt is putting on a big phony Happy Face over this disaster (as Daily Kos described it) over at his PDA.Org
BLOG. Read Pitt's delusion (including claiming that 500,000 people attended) and descend into his Alternate Reality:
Sunday 25 September 2005--My ears are still ringing from the roars that blasted up and down the streets of Washington DC yesterday, roars of joy and rage and defiance and strength. My ears are still ringing from the roars of the majority, which showed up in strength and in numbers that made history. C-SPAN pegged the crowd at 500,000 people. Having been there, having marched in the midst of it, having stood upon the hill beneath the Washington Monument to gaze down on the majesty of that majority, I think that number is just about right.
For a while yesterday, the march just stood still and didn't go anywhere. Want to know why? The march stood still because it was so huge that it wrapped around to the back end of itself. The front collided with the rear, and it took a while to sort the thing out and get everyone moving. That's how big yesterday was. My mother would call this a "happy problem."
Hey Pitt! I think your mother would call this your "unreality problem."

I hate to tell them but NASCAR draws 100,000 or more PAYING people 36 times a year.
And if the speedways had a big enough crowd capacity, they could draw 200,000 every time.

I said a week ago that it would be closer to 1000 show up than 100,000 and was told that I was fulla baloney, the Progs would easily muster 100k.
A lot of folks around here say they don't believe a word the MSM spews out and then turn right around and parrot the same garbage they hear from there.
People, you gotta quit misunderestimating the intelligence of the American public - it's on OUR side, really it is!

If you took all the money answer spends on signs and rent a mobs, they could eradicate world hunger. New leftist slogan should be "No money for answer signs, money for free breakfast for Ethiopians."
