This disappoints me.
I saw many black women dragging their belongings through filthy water, carrying crying children, trying to get out.
I saw brave folks wait in line for hours to get to the SuperDome - knowing that the chances were likely that there would be trouble (as there was before).
It isn't like communication by the state and local officials was clear - many did what they could in the time they had left.

No Noggin Nagin is a complete joke and a perfect example of somebody who is in over his head. Taking responsibilty for what happend in his own city is not something that he is willing to do (typical liberal). He sure as hell ain't no Rudy Guliani.
