Trying to get family out of Gulfport

Please help if you can. I am in GA and I am trying to get a family marooned in a furniture warehouse in Gulfport, MS out. I am having trouble finding which roads are open.
I believe 49 is still closed. Of course the shore roads will be.

I have lost contact with my parents, who lived next to the Armed Forces Retirement Home. I will probably be attempting to drive from GA to Gulfport next week. If I-10 and 49 are closed I'll be needing some navigation advice myself.
Not too many people driving those roads recently with electricity and internet conncections.
