Ah yes. A charter member of the "I know better then you dumb peons" party.

His major blind spot is that he is quite free to support ESCR or any other program if he so desires. And I support that.

However he doesn't support the right of others to not support ESCR. Their rights should not be considered valid because he knows better.

With California supporting Gov sponsored ESCR I don't see a need for the feds to get involved. Some things actually do get done in the private sector, and I agree that if you don't want your money going to some issue you should be able to opt out for religious reasons.

I don't agree with this position with regard to other issues, like internal improvements (highways etc. ) or defense. Everyone should support these because they support us all.
