Now DC area Lutherans have a good reason to Freep Pied Piper Pitt tomorrow for absurdly comparing himself to Martin Luther. Since Pitt won't get anywhere near the White House door, perhaps he can nail his insanities to a Lafayette Park Restaurant door where Mary Matalin and I might be dining to discuss a DUmmie FUnnies book (with CD-ROM insert for related comix stories) deal once she contacts me at: PJ-Comix.

Let me know if you want on the DUmmie FUnnies PING List.

The American military has all but conceded the fact that this war is lost.

Huh? What planet is this guy on? Someone should ask him to look up and describe what color the sky is, how many moons there are, and what color is his sun.

...as Bush was unfurling his "Mission Accomplished" banner.

ARRRRRGH! I get SO SICK of these people MISREPRESENTING the meaning of the "Mission Accomplished" banner. Anyone who has ever worked on a long-term, multi-faceted project knows that such a project is made up of many discrete tasks. The mission in question was THE TAKING OF BAGHDAD AND THE TOPPLING OF SADDAM, which HAD been accomplished! The banner was NOT implying that the job was done!!!!! That meaning was INFERRED by the enemies of the President!

The last time I checked, after Martin Luther nailed Ninety-Five theses to the church door, he didn’t follow it up by nailing Ninety-Five retractions to the same door as would have been your style.

In fact, when called before the emperor and "asked" to recant his writings, Luther said, "I cannot and I will not recant! Here I stand. I can do no other."

Pitt, on the other hand, can and will recant, if he needs to placate the DUmmie Ants.

The Conyers hearing will be held on Thursday at 2:30pm EST in room HC-9 in the Capitol Building in Washington DC. This is a small room. . . .

In fact, it's a broom closet, isn't it?

They are getting a little too close to the edge. I'm afraid one of these DUmmies will snap one of these days and do something really drastic and stupid.

Then again I just finished watching "Sling Blade". I can picture Pittster sitting in a sanatorium saying, "Mmm-Hmm... I like them french fried p-taters...Mmmm-Hmm... I reckon we'll have to take back the White House..."

The hearing and rally have been organized by the After Downing Street coalition

After Downing a few bottles of Flor de Caña slow-aged rum, I still wouldn't be able to sit through ten minutes of this.

But a moment is before us. Let us see where this moment takes us.

To your next Big Thing that will change the world, after this one flops.

Oh, and I'm sure you will need lots of donations for that one to happen, too.

Almost five hundred years ago, Martin Luther nailed his Ninety-Five Theses to the door of the Wittenberg Church, initiating a sequence of events which forever altered the geometry of global religion, politics and power.

To these dips##ts even religion is ultimately about power.
