Don't forget to contact your talk radio people. They really went to bat for Terri.
someone might want to try and get this story to G.Gordon Liddy. He might be all over this since the victim is x military.

Doesn't look good, does it?

Sounds like another killer judge to me.
His best chance at survival is to be physically removed from this judge's jurisdiction.
Maybe someone could pull some strings and get him admitted to a VA hospital to get him away from the wife temporarily. The fact that he is a disabled veteran should be used to his advantage.
Does being a combat veteran give him the right to special legal council or special medical care?
It would also be a good idea to contact all the veterans groups and let them know that this is happening. They could bring some serious pressure down on the wife, and maybe pull some political strings.

I think protective agencies have more teeth than they do in Florida, or I hope so anyway. Prayers are being said for Rami also.

As a Nam Vet, count me in.
Keep me posted, ping me, whatever.
Has anyone started a Defense Fund?
If so, let me know where to send a check.

Not yet, but I think this story is just starting. I am sure more will come to light in the next few days. Getting the Vets involved will help....they never let one of their own down...it will just take time to get the ball rolling. Even though it already sounds like he has a great group of people fighting for him.
I just pray his family is allowed to see him soon, that is the worst part.
Have a great day!

Thank you for posting. Another life to save.
There have been some excellent suggestions here. I especially like the suggestions for getting veterans groups involved.

Clinton-appointed Judge Whittemore COULD have given Terri Schiavo another chance at life, but did not.
We need decent judges in our court system, which is why passing the Constitutional option is so important.
Drudge had a guest on his show Sunday night, who said the Constitutional option vote is going to be close. Just a couple of senators could make the difference.
Even if none of these WAVERING senators is your own senator,
please call 'em, anyway.
The last I heard the six key GOP Senators are Collins (ME), DeWine (OH), Hagel (NE), Murkowski, Specter (PA), and Warner (VA). Frist can afford to lose only two, because McCain, Chafee, and Snowe have declined to end the judicial filibusters.
We can call toll-free at 877-762-8762 .
Fax or e-mail info can be found here (but phone calls are more effective):

Urge each to FULLY SUPPORT THE FILIBUSTERING
RULES CHANGE.
It might not hurt to tell them about this poll, either:
Should Senate Rules Be Changed?
Yes 57%
No 25%
RasmussenReports.com
Very simple, very straightforward. That's why Rasmussen has such a good track record. They are honest.
Senator John Warner is rather difficult to reach by phone, so here's the link to send him your message. Just click & fill out the form and give him your brief message:
