Sounds like another killer judge to me.

His best chance at survival is to be physically removed from this judge's jurisdiction.

Maybe someone could pull some strings and get him admitted to a VA hospital to get him away from the wife temporarily. The fact that he is a disabled veteran should be used to his advantage.

Does being a combat veteran give him the right to special legal council or special medical care?

It would also be a good idea to contact all the veterans groups and let them know that this is happening. They could bring some serious pressure down on the wife, and maybe pull some political strings.

With respect to the Judge - I believe that is Aviva K. Bobb
Have tried to find out about her and some of her decisions
but this is all I could find. Can anyone help?
