This may be a PERFECTLY good resource for looking up sworn testimony from the year 2000 trial, when Pamela Campbell was the Schindler's attorneys, and Terri lost and was sentenced to death, but it seems to be JUST THAT.

None of the later affidavits in Terri's favor, or doctors coming forth in her favor, and none of the stuff Greer dis-allowed seems to be there.

We also do NOT KNOW who purple_kangaroo_angela at geocities.com is... They could be offering up unbiased court records today, but varnished GREER turdballs tomorrow. Who knows?

Another thing I'd like to see, is someone posting the court records from the 1992 malpractice trial, because in THAT trial, Michael testified THE OPPOSITE. He and his lawyer both said Terri WAS RESPONSIVE, and therefore NOT PVS.



Now, a word of warning when trying to do your own research, everyone should BE very WARY of the 'bloggers' page and court-groupie sites that try to RAM JUDGE GREER's "facts"opinions down your throat! If the website is pushing COURT CONCLUSIONS, or facts <-- (run-like-he11 when that word is unquoted), it is horse-hockey!

Those are ALL pretty darn good quotes you found. I should have read them more thoroughly right off the bat.

The ones where Michael sticks HIS OWN FOOT in his mouth, I'd have to believe.

The last one, where he denegrates the Schindlers,
well I'd have to hear THEIR side of the story first.

The same would hold true if the Schindlers admitted something
bad about themselves. I'd believe that outright, but if
the Schindlers said something bad about Michael, then I'd
have to hear Michael's take on the same story before deciding.

Just occurred to me - altho' we pretty much know that Terri never expressed she 'wouldn't want to live like that" - even that POS testified IN COURT he didn't know what she'd want - that they'd never talked about it -

at the time she was supposed to've said it - feeding/hydration tube was NOT THEN considered "life support" - so she would not have been addressing being starved to death.

I would think there could be a very viable civil suit against him, his death-lawyer, et al - combining all evidence, MS's first court testimonies before the settlement - versus later/photos of Terri responding to therapy early on/ his testimony that she feels pain and responds to it/on and on and on.

Could not a civil case be brought and with a change of venue, citing prejudicial atmosphere of Pinellas County...

and is not, in a civil case, much more evidence allowed to be brought in?

It would be some measure of justice to see this POS tied up in civil court, day after day in the news again - and everything laid out - including this agenda of death across the country. More people need to get the picture that this was not just about Terri - but the bullseye is on all our backs. When people start to see that they are a target too - then they finally sit up and pay attention.
