Why not give the man the benefit of the doubt, and assume that he is a changed man. Also, contact all the people in the neighborhood with children, and make it known that he is to have no contact with children, and to always supervise their children. The man has to live somewhere, and apparently he doesn't have enough money to live on his own, so is forced to live with his mother.

If your child was sick, as this man obviously is/was, wouldn't you want to take care of him, as his mother is?

Child Molesters (assuming that is what this guy is) CAN NOT be cured. Plain and simple.

Like the sex offender who kidnapped the little girl (Jessica Lunsford)in Florida? He was living with his family, and now they are charged with obstruction of justice for aiding his escape.

I just got finished talking with our neighbor. He molested his niece. His older brothers 13 year old daughter. I for one don't care to think of him as a changed person. He is a sick, warped man. I will pray for protection for my family. But the prayers for this mans soul can be left to his mother. For myself as a mother...I will pray that my own child doesn't come near him.

That's what prisons are for.

Because that would be idiotic.

You're confusing two very different kinds of sickness.

Even child molestors say the impulse never leaves them to molest children (prison and therapy doesn't stop the urge).
They see help in the form of AA for child molestors. Personally, I'd like a law that permits us to kill them on the spot. No second chances!

These people NEVER reform and will prey again if the chance arises.
