I HAVE JUST FINISHED A CONVERSATION WITH A NURSE NAMED NORA. NORA IS A NURSE WHO HAS WORKED WITH TERRI AT HOSPICE. NORA AND I SPOKE FOR A LONG TIME. SHE IS A NURSE WHO HAS COME FORWARD FROM WOODSIDE HOSPICE AND HAS TOLD ME SHE IS APPALLED THAT THEY ARE DOING THIS TO TERRI. SHE TOLD ME TERRI LAUGHS WHEN SHE HAS TOLD HER JOKES.
YESTERDAY, NORA WAS TOLD BY THE AGENCY SHE WORKS FOR, THAT WOODSIDE HOSPICE DID NOT WANT HER BACK WORKING AT THE FACILITY. NORA HAS BEEN WORKING THERE FOR TWO YEARS AS AN AGENCY NURSE. NORA HAD DISAGREED WITH THE STAFF ON SUNDAY WITH REGARD TO WHAT THEY WERE DOING TO TERRI. YESTERDAY, AT 3:30 PM SHE RECEIVED A CALL FROM HER AGENCY SAYING WOODSIDE HOSPICE DID NOT WANT HER BACK.
NORA WILL BE ON HANNITY ON RADIO TODAY AT 2:00PM ET AND ON HANNITY TONIGHT AT 9:00PM ET WITH HER STORY.
I COMMEND THE NURSES IN MY PROFESSION FOR COMING FORWARD LIKE NORA JUST DID.
PLEASE WATCH YOUR EMAILS AND THE NEWS FOR FURTHER UPDATES.
Why confuse things with insisting on a name that returns almost nothing in a search rather than one that returns tons of relevant information?
One thing for sure, after reading that other thread we certainly know where you stand on this issue
I didn't mean to diminish her as a nurse. I was explaining why the whistle blower laws wouldn't apply. You have no obligation to invite temps back to work another day.
The HIPAA regulations, which carry civil and even criminal penalties if violated, require doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and insurers to notify patients about the privacy rules, describe how their medical information may be used and explain patients' rights under the new guidelines.Looks like the default is to permit disclosure of general condition, unless the patient insists on strict privacy. Patient's choice.Unless patients insist on strict privacy, hospitals still can tell people who ask for patients by name what their general condition is, and hospitals can issue names of patients to clergy who want to visit ailing parishioners.
If patients don't want their names or other information released, health officials cannot even acknowledge that those individuals are in the hospital.

Found the following:
Mary Laybak, CEO of Woodside Hospice has direct ties to Euthanasia Society of America and Hemlock for Hospice, an organization that seeks to accelerate the dying process. Federal funds may not be used for these purposes.
This came from:
Captain's Quarters -- http://www.captainsquartersblog.com/mt/archives/004102.php
I cannot say it is accurate. You would have to get a 2004 member list of the two societies mentioned to know for sure.
Anyone know this Nora's last name?
Really? Do tell.
What exact quote, or combination of quotes, from me will you use at my trial?
I will get a trial, won't I?
Okay.
I would appreciate any help in determining that is true. Can you use your ping lists or try to get people investigate. Time to blow the lid off this nonsense! Sure would be nice if Mary Laybak also donated to Judge George Greer's campaign or to Planned Parenthood [culture of death].
Need hard facts as best you can.
Oh Puhhleeaze, save your drama queen schtick for the stage.
Post #??
Yes. This one is named Nora Lynn Wagner. She's was working in the current hospice. The other was Carla Iyers, who gave an affadavit a few years back, which Judge Greer ignored with all the other doctors and nurses affadavits in support of Terri and her family.
If you want to see the earlier affadavits, go here:
http://www.terrisfight.org/
Then select "Court Documents" on the left. You'll now see the affadavits on the right under "important items".
Okay.
Also, interestingly enough, Felos & Felos is listed as a contributor to Judge Greer's 2004 election campaign.
Thank you
Felos used to be on the board of directors. I forget what capacity. I don't know if he still is or not. This is true, but it would take me a little while to find the source.
A number of them. At least one from a Florida lawyer. You go look yourself -- take your own walkabout like your advised another.
