Why confuse things with insisting on a name that returns almost nothing in a search rather than one that returns tons of relevant information?

One thing for sure, after reading that other thread we certainly know where you stand on this issue

I didn't mean to diminish her as a nurse. I was explaining why the whistle blower laws wouldn't apply. You have no obligation to invite temps back to work another day.

The HIPAA regulations, which carry civil and even criminal penalties if violated, require doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and insurers to notify patients about the privacy rules, describe how their medical information may be used and explain patients' rights under the new guidelines.

Unless patients insist on strict privacy, hospitals still can tell people who ask for patients by name what their general condition is, and hospitals can issue names of patients to clergy who want to visit ailing parishioners.

If patients don't want their names or other information released, health officials cannot even acknowledge that those individuals are in the hospital.

Yahoo! News - Communities Adjust to Medical Privacy Laws

Looks like the default is to permit disclosure of general condition, unless the patient insists on strict privacy. Patient's choice.

Reportedly the hospice is run by that "culture of death" attorney Felos. Anyone know for sure?

Found the following:

Mary Laybak, CEO of Woodside Hospice has direct ties to Euthanasia Society of America and Hemlock for Hospice, an organization that seeks to accelerate the dying process. Federal funds may not be used for these purposes.

This came from:

Captain's Quarters -- http://www.captainsquartersblog.com/mt/archives/004102.php

I cannot say it is accurate. You would have to get a 2004 member list of the two societies mentioned to know for sure.

"One thing for sure, after reading that other thread we certainly know where you stand on this issue"

Really? Do tell.

What exact quote, or combination of quotes, from me will you use at my trial?

I will get a trial, won't I?

See Post #47. Mary Laybak, the CEO of Woodside Hospice is supposedly into some really nasty Euthanasia groups.

I would appreciate any help in determining that is true. Can you use your ping lists or try to get people investigate. Time to blow the lid off this nonsense! Sure would be nice if Mary Laybak also donated to Judge George Greer's campaign or to Planned Parenthood [culture of death].

Need hard facts as best you can.

"I just did. You and steveb challenged the authenticity of her affidavit on the basis of the notary -- your challenge was rebuffed, the issue was explained, it is a valid affidavit according to what I read on those threads."

Yes. This one is named Nora Lynn Wagner. She's was working in the current hospice. The other was Carla Iyers, who gave an affadavit a few years back, which Judge Greer ignored with all the other doctors and nurses affadavits in support of Terri and her family.

If you want to see the earlier affadavits, go here:
http://www.terrisfight.org/

Then select "Court Documents" on the left. You'll now see the affadavits on the right under "important items".

Also, interestingly enough, Felos & Felos is listed as a contributor to Judge Greer's 2004 election campaign.

Oh, brother. If this is true, then Greer should have the book thrown at him. This is totally considered professionally unethical conduct. He should be disbarred.

Felos used to be on the board of directors. I forget what capacity. I don't know if he still is or not. This is true, but it would take me a little while to find the source.
