I HAVE JUST FINISHED A CONVERSATION WITH A NURSE NAMED NORA. NORA IS A NURSE WHO HAS WORKED WITH TERRI AT HOSPICE. NORA AND I SPOKE FOR A LONG TIME. SHE IS A NURSE WHO HAS COME FORWARD FROM WOODSIDE HOSPICE AND HAS TOLD ME SHE IS APPALLED THAT THEY ARE DOING THIS TO TERRI. SHE TOLD ME TERRI LAUGHS WHEN SHE HAS TOLD HER JOKES.
YESTERDAY, NORA WAS TOLD BY THE AGENCY SHE WORKS FOR, THAT WOODSIDE HOSPICE DID NOT WANT HER BACK WORKING AT THE FACILITY. NORA HAS BEEN WORKING THERE FOR TWO YEARS AS AN AGENCY NURSE. NORA HAD DISAGREED WITH THE STAFF ON SUNDAY WITH REGARD TO WHAT THEY WERE DOING TO TERRI. YESTERDAY, AT 3:30 PM SHE RECEIVED A CALL FROM HER AGENCY SAYING WOODSIDE HOSPICE DID NOT WANT HER BACK.
NORA WILL BE ON HANNITY ON RADIO TODAY AT 2:00PM ET AND ON HANNITY TONIGHT AT 9:00PM ET WITH HER STORY.
I COMMEND THE NURSES IN MY PROFESSION FOR COMING FORWARD LIKE NORA JUST DID.

The hospice had a meeting of the support staff and insisted they all sign some kind of paper condemning President Bush and one who was helping Terri refused. She was summarily fired and walked out the door straight over to the freeper friendly shop where the Schindler family is in the back, to spill the beans. One positive note she pointed out is that staff have been careful with Terri and nothing, no drugs, etc., have been administered yet. To my knowledge she has not gone public yet, but clearly crossed the road to our side.
If this is true...WOW.
Reportedly the hospice is run by that "culture of death" attorney Felos. Anyone know for sure?

From what I understand, the hospice is funded in large part by a New York organization that has had Felos on its board of directors. Also, interestingly enough, Felos & Felos is listed as a contributor to Judge Greer's 2004 election campaign.

If nothing else, the hospice must be in violation of whistleblower retaliation laws.
She has to be very careful. Because of medical privacy laws, she could end up with her nursing license suspended or revoked, and leave herself open to a lawsuit.

Michael Savage has audiotape of a woman who claims she was a nurse for Terri, and was terminated for alerting police when she discovered a crying and sweating Terri with fresh multiple needle marks in odd places, low blood sugar, and a used insulin vial in the trash. All of this transpired shortly after her husband left her room from a closed door visit.

I've been doing really good today, but when I read about the nurse walking out, I just cried.
That's an interesting point. Wonder if the doctors who come out and say "So and so is being treated, and is talking," or similar general comments, are in violation of medical privacy laws.
My instinct (often wrong) says that sort of general disclosure does not violate medical privacy.
Don't start that crap again.
