It is really scary how uninformed people are. Jeb can use the FL National Guard to enforce the law -- not to break the law. And Florida law says Terri should be allowed to die.

>>>And Florida law says Terri should be allowed to die.

So if 'the law' says that slavery should be reinacted, should it be?

And Florida law says Terri should be allowed to die.

There is no valid reason to believe that Terri "wants" to die. So to refer to starving her as "allowing" her to die is Orwellian and sick.

You are very right on that point. This horrific case has tugged at all our hearts and wrangled all our sensibilities. People all over the world are conflicted on this moral issue. But, Terri is now in God's hands. Perhaps there will be some quick intervention to restore the tube. And then, hopefully, Terri's parents can have a chance to hold and comfort her for however long, and whatever state of life she exists. I offer my humble prayers.

Obviously you don't know Florida Statutes nor the FL Constitution.

"And Florida law says Terri should be allowed to die."

To my knowledge, Terri has not indicated she wishes to die. Therefore, at this point, any other conclusion reached leads to murder.

And Florida law says Terri should be allowed to die.

I'm pretty sure that the US Congress has just issued a Congressional subpoena to Terry and her family. To interfere with such an individual under subpoena becomes a serious violation of federal law and federal law trumps state law.

"Orders issued by Pinellas Circuit Judge George Greer are in clear violation Article I Section 2 of the Constitution of the State of Florida."

Can you read? Greer has violated the laws of the state... but I know all you care about is death. Begone Ghoulish Mary..

Florida "law" didn't say she should die - a misguided judge did.

Sometimes there are things more important than law, such as a woman's life.

You should be allowed to die, too. What do you think? You're as healthy as she is. So, hop to it...

Mary, Mary!

Got your flame-proof jacket?

This fiasco and the emotionally charged Terri supporters reminds me of liberal democrats in the Florida 2000 recounts.

And Florida law says Terri should be allowed to die.

IMHO it is more like a blood thirsty judge and not Florida law that wishes to kill (not allow to die) Terri. If that man has such thirst for death, I hope his wish is fulfilled!

What you have is a lawless judge who is ignoring his own states constitution.

Jeb has the constitutional authority to utilize the Guard to protect life.

It's that clear cut.

"We the People" can also go in there.

Will a policeman shoot a FReeper for feeding Terri?

Florida law says Terri should be allowed to die.

Please cite and quote the Florida law that says this. If you can't - because, rightly interpreted, there isn't such a law on the books - stop lecturing people who want to protect this poor woman.

It would appear that you cannot see the forest for the trees.

You would be amazed at what Gov. Jeb Bush can do and what President Bush can do if it becomes required.

You might also be suprised at what YOU and "We the People" can do.

Our country is at war... and Im not talking about Iraq or Afghanistan. We are already and have been in a defacto state of civil war.

At the moment our country is drifting towards anarchy, the time is coming fast for the tree of liberty to be watered.
