I pick up today's WaPo out of the snow, and this was the front page image:
Click for bigger.
I don't think that anyone, anywhere, could ask for better imagery. Just look at the placement it got. Even more interesting, there is not a story about the Secretary of State on the front page.
Applauding soldiers, the American flag, stylish in all black - those boots are made for walking, no doubt. I know the editorial board over at the Post loved General Powell, but he never got anything like this.

You answered your question with the first part of your statement....that was Ted Kennedy. :) Had it been ANYONE on the Right, it would STILL be making headlines. *SIGH* A friend of mine and I were laughing about Barak Obama. Wasn't he an attorney at one time? Perhaps he was part of a firm: Obama & Bitler HAHAHAHAHAHAHA Oh, I am sick...:)

You conspiracy nuts never cease to amuse. Well, if you really believe the keepers of history are conspiring against you, may I suggest some serious personal introspection.

Some believe she is nothing more than a CFR flunkie.
Apparently, you're one of the "some" --- that's
ALL I need to know. Man, you're looney.

It would be interesting........Gore received 89% of the black vote in 2000 and Kerry just a bit less. How do you think that demographic would play out in a Condi/Hillary election?

I don't think Condi could do much better than President Bush. She is indellibly linked to the President, which is a good thing except among black voters. They loved Bill Clinton, I mean they LOVED him (though for the life of me I can't figure out why). Hillary will benefit from that. And the DUmbocRATS are going to get mean with all of the "uncle Tom" stuff.

Twenty percent or more voters will never vote for a woman, which is a lock for Hillary if the GOP nominates a woman.Um, Hillary is a woman.

Left-wing voters aren't going to have any problem voting for a woman. Hillary won't lose any support. Condi will.

OK, thanks for posting this photo, but did you see the Robin Givhan article in the Washington Post linked off Drudge?
I mean the fact that people get paid to write this stuff leaves me SPEECHLESS...

I just read it...it is insane.
But if she was appointed by a democrat she wouldn't have to deal with this.

<<<<>>> I disagree. I had a conversation with a black female Kerry worker and brought up this issue. She said she would vote for Rice in a heartbeat.
