Geeks against Bush!

It seems like just about every day some group, organization or individual gets the word out through the media pipeline that they are not happy with W. A few days ago it was the farmers, and now the geeks have voiced their disapproval of Bush.

Members of the American Association for Advancement of Science had a meeting yesterday at which they talked about lots of things I don't understand, and managed to get in a few digs at the President. W. is, silencing the voice of science because money for research and advanced training are being cut. Even worse, according to Rosina Bierbaum of the Univertisy of Michigan is that Bush does not include scientists when it comes to making policy. "In previous administrations, scientists were always at the table when regulations were being developed. Science never had the last voice, but it had a voice."

You thought the Bush bashing couldn't get any worse? Think again. The 'scientific' community smacked W. for not thinking about their needs, and also taking away their play money.

I know that quote, and no its not from king of the hill, its from some movie, maybe sideways, I'm not sure
