I did finally read the Admin page and died laughing. Reminds me of a joke I heard in Russia:

Americans sent their best superSpy to Moscow - he spoke Russian with no accent, drank Vodka by the gallon and kept chasing married women - perfect spy, right?

Wrong. He was busted on day 1. How come? He was a black guy.

On the other hand creating a home page might be an overkill for me since I am (a little bit of a public figure, have a personal website, blog, a few books, a few newspaper articles, and I make it a habit of being nuisance to the editors of several daily newspapers, etc. so why double up on the existing - but for the disbelievers I might be forced to do it one day soon - probably not today - got too busy in this answer or not answer quagmire.

I just gave two different nouns a meaning for the sake of clarity of the thoughts I was trying to espouse. Where does it say that I think it's wrong to be:
a radical
follow American traditions
love my country
love my church
love my freedoms
own a weapon
NOWHERE - THAT'S WHERE.
A little earlier I was already criticized about a perceived "lack of social graces". Hell yes I do lack them AND ON PURPOSE. How the hell do explain difference between black and white to a blind man? I'd rather just blow them off. What is the matter with you and the other two dozen idiots who post horse's asses and pictures of cats like they are going out of style? First, you story about the black spy who got grabbed in Russia.

So? the Russians sent a spy here years ago. He was set up in a house, had a job and got busted within six months.

Why? Because he had a subscription to "National Geographic" and dutifully put them out with his trash each month...this is a thing NO true
American would ever do.

WE keep them. Either stacked in a pile in the garage, or we donate them to the library, or the school or the local hospital or Senior's home.

We never EVER just pitch them.

I got here 4 days ago and each little post I make there seem to be an endless supply of pictures of cats and horses that I see on other topics also. Is all of that done by just one person in order to infuriate those who are less thick skinned and new like me? That's a test, right?

Two or three days ago I was criticized for not replying to the posts fast enough. Today I am criticized for replying to the posts and being defensive. You'll let me know when I have learned to reply just right. What both days have in common is the fashion that a PhD degree should be spelled (I AM A HIGH SCHOOL DROP-OUT AND A DORK). I have some spelling problems with that last one. Yes I also don't get to use the spell check since I try reply as soon as something is posted - there isn't enough time for all the writing of steak and stake, writing and righting. It's pretty obvious that nobody can please all the people all the time, I just have to RE-rememberize that one too.

The kittens are what is known as an "in-joke" here in America.

On this site, we get a lot of disruptors and interlopers. People who show up ONLY to insult and cause trouble on-line.

The kittens are "The Viking Kitties" and are part of the culture of Free Republic.

Kittenss show up on the thread if the poster is doing something WRONG, or contrary to the culture of Free Republic. If someone is getting a lot of kittens, chances are , he or she, will have their account banned.

If you get banned, this is called a "Zot".

There IS a protocol to introducing onceself to Free Republic.

If I were you, i would take it seriously.

I would also make a Profile Page.

We've had aa LOT of disruptors since last summer, and we are all a little "trigger-happy". (It's an American tnhing. Goes with being a cowboy)
