Seed of destruction might lie dormant in the following thoughts and we all must be vigilant to prevent it from taking even if only an inch of our values.

I'm still going to assume that you are "real", since you are still posting and haaven't gotten "Zotted".

Like I said in what I just posted, some of us are "trigger-happy" especiaally since last summer.

Was you post two days ago a Vanity?

If you punt a Vanity, you'd better bee wwith it for a while and have the time to answer people wwhen they respond.

If you ddon't do that, most people, (myself included) , will assume that you are simply here to cause trouble.

Don't post a vanity unless you have timee to mind it.

That said.

It is considered improper to post aa Vanity as a new poster. We ddon't know you, you don't know the rules, and until you learn how to work the site, it's likely going to make people angry.

Don't pay too much attention to the Spelling Police.

The Spell check IS a good feature, but I do a lot of typos.. i get typing too fast, or i haven't been able to sleep, and they happeen.

(See? )

:-)

We are more interested in what your ideas are, but it shouldd bee in aan easy-to-read format.

Are you actually Russian?

So English is a secondd language?

I'm probably doomed as well!

If Darksheare and I are contagious, then I'm afraid so! Hopefully, though, you've built up some immunity from all those game cons :-)

(And now you know why I said what I said! LOL!)

Thanks again. No I am not Russian, I am an American (by choice - 35 years now, but I was born in Europe, and as most of us know, living in Europe you have to speak at least two or three languages so I did volunteer to go to Gitmo if they have any need for the languages I speak, but English is one of my first three languages and I don't often make mistakes, however if I'm a little stressed out or rushed I will make more mistakes. Yes that first post of mine was a VANITY - unintentionaly I meant it to be something different but I goofed. So I did get my ass fried on that first day for which I shall remain eternally greatful and bitter towards any more cynical 2bit comments about any other person.

Having been born paranoid, being afraid comes easily to me.

Dale Gribble:

Good attitude--you can never be paranoid enough, I always say. That's why I installed these electrodes into my eyelids, to jolt me awake in case I accidentally doze off. You'd be surprised how long the human body can go without sleep sustained by a combination of Mountain Dew and Jolt.

I don't know about you, but I just love being forced to do things, and I'll usually go out of my way to insult the living daylights of people who force me to do things ahead of my own schedule. So in response to ass-frying I got a profile made. Wait: stake or steak? Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.

Also, 35 years is aa long timee to bee here!

Good for you!

:-)

The Vanity is what probably got people to jump on you.

Don't sweat it.

We all have to start somewhere!

I understand how grinding that can be, to feel pressured and forced.

People often say things on-line that they would NEVER say to ssomeeone sitting across the table from them.

Among other things I'm a movie buff (oooooooops, may have forgotten to put that in my "profile") so I will give you a few lines of a very good film from a few decades ago "The Deerhunter". There is this village in Penn. onion shaped chuch domes (usually Eastern orthodox by style) dominate the background, Russian language is heard. The boys go off to war. One of them gets wounded and the examining doctor comes to him with a question: Nikonar Shevatorevich? Is that Russian?
NICK: No, I'm an American
That was Christopher Walken in his first major film role and I loved his from that day on, if nothing else those few lines captured my own life.
I am not Russian but I do speak it also.

Sadly, I have not seen "The Deerhunter".

Aha!--the "Stinking Cloud" defense tactic! I think Pigpen from "Charlie Brown" had mastered that one :-)

I don't know about all these cats and donkey posters but for me it was one of the most American films with a Viet-Nam background. Just picture a bunch of 2nd generation Americans born to Russian parents working their asses off in the coal mines and steel mills of rural Pennsylvania. They went off. They defended us (in my warped view). They died for us. They considered themselves more American (and rightly so - their deeds proved it), than the returning John Kerrys of this world.

I agree. Hippies get upset and attack when confronted.

They're great fun. Think "Tom Sawyer", Chapter 2:

Tom had traded the next chance to Billy Fisher for a kite, in good repair; and when he played out, Johnny Miller bought in for a dead rat and a string to swing it with....
