I need to find that account about Shrum again. When he said that to Kerry, the reaction wasn't what he expected. Kerry acted very peeved toward Shrum. Perhaps he knew that coming from Shrum, it would doom him....or perhaps Kerry knew that the exit polls were bogus.
That was fast!
I have to admit that I've taken to trolling on some local (Washington State) lib boards. I've never had the stomach for DU, and the opportunities for creative mayhem are greater (I think) on these smaller boards.

They have made some real threats against the President. I was in another liberal chat room one day where they don't ban anybody and you can say what you want to and in that place, they were really crazy. They openly talked about how they could get through security and stuff. I don't remember the name of the place but I hope the FBI moniters the internet. I am a little bit afraid to say too much to these nuts, too, cause I think they are truly dangerous.
Been there too -- it is a legend (and the prices are incredibly reasonable IIRC).
I "get" the the whole orange thing, but add me to the list of people still wondering the significance of the BLUE PAPER CLIP to these wacky liberals. What is that supposed to mean?

One of the funnier things I read on DU is by posters demanding voting reform.
If voters were scrutinized for the legitimacy they speak of, Republicans would win in landslides most of the time!
