Of course not.
No problem!
Between the kitties, the RKBA, the DUmmie FUnnies and assorted live threads, I'm getting pinged all over the place. Missing one doesn't phase me.
I saw this one as soon as it posted but didn't want to be #2 on the thread. :-)
Heh heh. That's gooooood!! LOL
Besides, it looks like he posted and ran, anyway.
That's Tomas, the Big Guy. He's on a diet, but so far it's not working.
LOL! That would be Tigger, our orange and white girl. Fortunately she's much smaller than Tomas!
LOL!! It's not so bad when they're small, that's certain. Ollie woke me up more than once when I tried to turn over, lol.
Then again, I don't have hair to my waist anymore, either, so that makes a difference. :)
ZOT!!!!!!!!!
Just like you....
You and me both, FRiend, you and me both!!!
I know what you mean about not wanting to be #2.........but this was the 2nd or 3rd one today that I pinged the kitties to and was proud of myself!!! I think I got all of 1 ping done in time in all of 2004........so now I don't have to worry about it for the rest of the year!
Typical.
Um...huh? Did I miss something?
You didn't miss a thing.
You correctly commented that s/h/it had posted and ran.........and I acknowleged that the behavior was typical.
You're fixing to get zotted.
But just for your info. The largest weed smuggling gangs into the US from Colombia were:
The Donald Steinberg-Lenny Mizer-Pete Wagner crew who smuggled around 10 million pounds of weed into South Florida from La Guajira in Colombia via freighters from the mid 70s to early 80s.
Also Ben Kramer (who had killed the Cigarette boat guy Aronow comes in a close second probably barging in about 4-5 million pounds in the 80s from same locale.
The primary source gangs were The Dangones in La Cienaga, Colombia and the Nogueras in Baranquilla.
Plenty of books abound on this stuff fwiw.
Kramer rots in Leavenworth doing life I think after his ill fated helicopter escape attempt in Miami in 90 (?).
OK, kewl. LOL.
I think I should go to bed now...I am too far out of it. Hee Hee.
Talk with ya later!
Good night my FRiend, sleep well.......I'm going to do the esxact same thing.
Good on you.
This book-movie-thread are a bunch of hype.
750,000 lbs of Colombian weed in the heydays of 74-88 is only about 10 small freighter loads.
Plenty of smuggling gangs did this.
Kramer ran up to 250,000 lbs per trip in his ocean barges..along with his daddy and lawyer etc.
Lots of Shrimpers from the all over the Gulf ran weed from Colombia....Everglades City was overrun with the stuff.....nearly the whole town did time.
Fisherman even ran all the way from New Bedford and Port Judith and even east coast Canada with huge loads.
And the Brother Love gang from Star Island in Miami had pot planes (the big radial engine kind) running weekly from the Marroon's Cockpit strips in Jamaica for years till the 60 Minutes show with their kids smoking dope got them nailed.
Ah...it went on and on. This crew were big but not the biggest in history and the largest dope asset seizure I ever heard of were the BCCI bank collapse seizures or the Willie Falcon-Sal Magluta cocaine cases in SoFla.
Somebody wants to post a smuggling thread...they need to read up.
Some insufferable newbie, who wants attention,is all.The problem is,people here know far more than he does. LOL
