Correct. Some people consider Johnny Ray to be the first Rock'n'Roll singer. I saw a late night documentary about Ray and wish it would air again. His performance of "Cry" was incredible. Ray actually would cry. An interesting thing about him (besides the fact that he was Homo) is that Ray was almost deaf as a result of a childhood accident. Also Frank Sinatra hated his guts. I think Sinatra set it up for Ray to get in trouble on a "morals charge." He also performed in "No Business Like Show Business."

Andy Stephenson claims on that DU thread that what he was doing wasn't illegal. That would mean someone in an elections office let him have access. That's hard to believe but who knows.

He and Arnebeck dropped their lawsuit in Ohio Supreme Court and are filing a federal suit claiming violation of voting rights and fraud.

He inferred that the server, the dropped lawsuit, and new federal complaint are related.

There is supposed to be an announcement this evening explaining everything but as yet nothing.

He's been hacking around one of the Ohio BOE computers and has discovered that it uses Windows, is currently connected to a cable modem, has Citrix sofware for remote manangement capability, and has error logs on the hard disk. This adds up to a major conspiracy over there.

The entire DU seems to have gone wild over these amazing discoveries and are all connecting the dots, or pixels, or something. At one point they wanted him to install PC Anywhere on the BOE computer to allow them (ALL !!??) to look at the hard drive themselves

YGBSM! This guy's already committed some felonies, and a bunch of DUmmies want him to aid and abet their own!

Given the fact they are, by their own admission, a bunch of depression-drug-addicted, over-the-hill-hippies, "peace-loving, gun-hating" hypocrites, I suspect that the nearest Boy Scout Troup should be able to suppress this "coup" attempt in about 15 minutes.

Probably part of the reason they are trying to shut down the BSA.
