The Dummie "argument" on exit polls, for those who haven't been paying close attention to the loony bin over the last seven weeks, is the following (as presented in the Arneback lawsuit):

(1) Exit polls are perfect to within less than one percentage point.

(2) People never lie to exit polls.

(3) The registration information which determines who to interview in exit polls is an accurate reflection of who voted on election day.

(4) Third world countries use exit polls to determine whether there was voting fraud.

Brilliant, eh?

I would hope the average sixth grade student could rebut this steaming pile of..... :-)

"(2) People never lie to exit polls."

Yeah, right. I remember Boortze (spelling???) telling people to lie in the exit polls. People lie all the time, why would this be any different?

Re: Arnebeck lawsuit

Most definitely. I could take the points in the Arnebeck lawsuit, dry them out, crumble them up, and fertilize the grounds of all of the sKerry estates with them.
