Back to Bev Harris again but it is worth it. I have a feeling Bev will soon be making mandatory appearances on Court TV. And remember, the DUFUs was the first place that recorded Bev's con artistry. If you are a literary agent or book publisher, please keep me from groveling before you any more by simply e-mailing me at
PJ-Comix and hit me with a BIG TIME book deal.
No AM DUFU edition tomorrow but the large size of this edition should tide you DUFU addicts over until the PM edition tomorrow. And if you want to receive regular updates of the DUmmie FUnnies as they come out, just let me know if you want on the PING List.

I wonder how many DUmmies are sending their bank details to Mr. MumboJumbo of the Nigerian Con. Corps, who sent them an e-mail needing to filter funds through their accounts following a Governmental coup? ;-)

* Bev Harris : To: Mo1: Burkett's been trying to Slime President Bush's TANG service since the last eleciton. He's been quoted by many news organizations, claiming that Dan Bartlett and the Bush team "cleansed" the Texas National Guard archives of damaging materials in preparation for President Bush's run for the White House.
In fact, there's evidence
[http://web.archive.org/web/20010331210012/www.talion.com/georgebush.html] that Bill Burkett and his cronies hired "Red Dog Publicists" at Talion.com to try to push the Bush is AWOL story in conjunction with the Bush DUI story in November 2000.
Despite protestations to the contrary on their website, talion.com seems to be a front for DNC opposition research. One of the principals of talion.com (their website is down now; the record was conveniently last changed on 9/10), Bev Harris, is currently pushing the electronic voting machines may be hacked story on the Internet. This seems to be a DNC-backed effort to cast doubt on the vote in Florida before it even occurs.

No difference. Give your money to Bev or give it to the gobermint. They'll both defraud you. At least the gobermint is good at not getting caught.

"I didn't put that much in that jug, but if I could have snatched it back out of that jug I would have with no remorse."
I actually have some sympathy for this one - running around all over town maintianing banners that direct people to Bev's site. You should have stood up and taken your money out of the donation jug - explaining loudly why Bev is a fraud.
Also - FOIA requests have nil costs. Everything is absorbed by the feds (I have done several). The only cost you might incur is when new software code is required to reference the info. Bev should provide reciepts for postage, envelopes, gas, etc.
IRS needs to check into this. Anyone have a good POC?

How many months before the election were they planning the "election fraud" scheme? And, if they "knew" it was going to happen, why didn't they do something to prevent it?
Of course logical thinking never happens on DU. One person knows the election was stolen but was asking how it was done. Others knew that the 3% recount would prove there was fraud but when the count came back exactly correct, they knew the odds were a trillion to one that it could happen without fraud. Sheeesh! Talk about a catch-22.

I once read that you could tell a story was over when the reporters covering it started interviewing each other.
When the DUmmies start suing each other, does that mean the election is over?

To: Mike Fieschko The IFJ believes the seizure may be linked to a September 30 court case in San Jose California, in which Indymedia San Francisco and two students at Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania successfully opposed an application by Diebold Election Systems Inc to remove documents claiming to reveal flaws in the design of electronic voting machines which are due to be used widely in the forthcoming US Presidential election.
I can see where this is heading- another "stole the election" scare by the wacko left. 20 posted on 10/08/2004 6:18:20 PM PDT by piasa

It is a huge task to maintain a 501(c)3 and track all the money, file all the reports to the IRS, keep exactive accounts..... not to mention doing the actual work the organization purports to do.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that what bookkeepers and accountants are for?
And later on somebody stated, "How can we expect Bev to give a complete accounting considering all the things she has to do and only having two paid staffers."
Again, isn't that what bookkeepers and accountants are for?
These libs seem to think that because the word "non profit" is in their title, they can do whatever the hell they want. Wouldn't it surprise them that executive directors of successful non-profits are often "compassionate conservatives" that have more in common with wealthy CEOs than with the liberal-hippy mentality.
(I've encountered a number of EDs in my past profession (a bookkeeper) I've always been amazed at how they had one eye on the charitable part of their organization, one eye on the bottom line, and were hard core fund raisers.)
And most EDs knew their finances inside and out. My ex still works with a couple of non-profits. One particular ED knows her expected revenue and her expected expenses for 3 months out at any give moment. For Bev Harris to give such a poor accounting of where her money's gone shows that she's either hiding something, or just doesn't know where her money went.
Hopefully the IRS pays a little visit to Bev before too long.
