Just so you all know it's not just documentation but also the testimony of Kerry’s SECNAV at the time he was serving

All the existing offical documents show that Kerry received an Honorable Discharge. I don't know what SECNAVs you are talking about, but a number of them who were in office during Kerry's service have died.

Kerry served on active duty as a commissioned officer from Dec 16,1966 to Jan 3, 1970. He then served in the Inactive Reserves until July 1, 1972 and then in the Standby Reserves until Feb 16, 1978. The SECNAVs during this period were Paul Nitze (Nov 29, 1963 - June 30, 1967); Charles F. Baird (acting) (July 1, 1967 - Aug 31, 1967); Paul R. Ignatius (Sept 1, 1967 - Jan 24, 1969); John H. Chafee (January 31, 1969 - May 4, 1972); John H. Warner (May 4, 1972 - April 8, 1974); J. William Middendorf ( April 8, 1974 - Jan 20, 1977 ); and W. Graham Claytor, Jr. (February 14, 1977 - August 24, 1979 ).

Nitze, Chafee, and Clayton are definitely deceased. I don't think Warner would participate given the public statements he has made about Kery's medals. What is the name of the SECNAV who will testify?
