Tradesports, Big Mo for Bush in Last Few Hours
Tradesports ^

Posted on 10/29/2004 5:51:38 PM PDT by elephantman96

I checked Tradesports around 5 PM today and Bush was down almost a point on the day to 50 and Kerry was up to 49. Since the Bin Laden tape, Bush is now up 3.9 points on the day to 55 and Kerry is down 3.5 points to 44.8. Daschle is also getting beaten up being down 5.5 (wow!) to 43. Big Mo!

Nice, but sort of in the "who cares?" catagory.

No offense.

The Osama Bin Laden tape is going to help The Prez. Americans don't like foreigners interferring in our political process; espcecially low-life, scumbag, terrorists who kill innocent people and leave little children without a mama or a daddy.

Four more days of pointless tradesports/IEM vanities.

I know I know... when Bush is down, there are hysterical "end of the world" type posts, and when he's up, it is euphoria. I don't get it.

This is meaningless. It is along the lines of having Jackie Stallone's Psychic Dogs predict a Bush victory...

I'm not a technical analyst but I play one on the internet.

The weird spikey pattern in today's chart is very similar to what you might find in a stock with a LOT of short interest, where there is severe upward pressure that the shorts want to bash down.

More than a million contracts traded today, and the price only went up a few cents. It seriously looks like a short squeeze.

Wait a minute...have you heard something...did they make a prediction yet?!?!?!?!?!?

I've been ranting on these posts this week. Do we really need 5 or 6 vanities every time an electronic marketplace burps a few points?

I would like to bitch about bitching against the polls and such. until the election actually occurs, they're about all we've got to get a feel for what's going in states that are far away from ours, and in the nation as a whole. they are NOT useless. you need a little sophistication and a sense of reality to avoid falling into the shadows of silliness, but they are NOT useless.

end of bitch.

You cannot "short" these futures. Either buy or sell them.

Ambrose, I would like to apologize as I did post it in that category (I'm a relatively new poster), I will make sure I put it in boggers, etc. in the future. Sorry to put in the wrong spot. Also, I just posted it, because I usually take a look once a day, and I found it interesting to see such a movement so fast. Just wanted to share with everyone!!!!!!! Not that I'm euphoric, but was getting a little concerned it was getting close. I do however, no matter what strongly beleive Bush will win the election, I just want a blowout.

BTW.... Daschle is now down 8.5 and the bid is only 35. I think he is toast, and did before tradesports. I was exasperated whe listening to the radio today and the national media CBS radio (ugh!) mentioned Republicans trying to hang on to the senate, when it looks like they will pick up seats, and didn't even to bother to mentioned the Democratic leader losing his race. This is an under-reported topic!
