Here's a suggestion: If the Houston Astros beats the St. Louis Cardinals tonight, let the World Series teams be a proxy for the presidential candidates.
Boston can be the proxy for Senator John Kerry from Massachusetts while Houston becomes the proxy for President George W. Bush from Texas.

First of all, won't the World Series conclude after the election?No, game 7 would be Sunday, Oct 31. Barring rainouts of course. That is that same day that the Redskins play the Packers to really determine the election winner. ;)
