I hate hype. Therefore, as a Texan, I have chosen to cheer for St. Louis.

Thank God it is not between the Braves and the As. Then I would really worry!

Is this the same deal Kerry and Edwards made when they placed all the Democratic Primary marbles on the Super Bowl?

I am rather enjoying the Asto's "assumptive win"...I love over confidence.

First of all, won't the World Series conclude after the election?
Second of all, wouldn't the Texas Rangers be a better proxy for President Bush?

Let Kerry play that BoSox card, it won't get him anywhere.

I'm rooting for my hometown Cardinals. And fully expecting LaRussa will blow it again this year.

No, game 7 would be Sunday, Oct 31. Barring rainouts of course. That is that same day that the Redskins play the Packers to really determine the election winner. ;)
