Have you folks heard of the Constitution Party? www.constitutionparty.com Principal can be very hard to discern in politics. I just know that if the constitution party really had a chance to win they would definitely get my vote. This is a party of mostly Christians that uphold the constitution, guided by the Holy Bible, as the ultimate law of the land.

On what do you found your fears that the "far religious right" would make Christianity a state religion? I gave a loose example of how that segment of the population influenced politics in the past; see also the ten commandments monument in the AL courthouse and the circus that ensued. I'm all for the right to worship as one pleases, however I don't feel it's appropriate to push those symbols of particular beliefs on all citizens. In my opinion it's a slipperly slope.

Straw man argument and a hypothetical which has absolutely NO merit whatsoever;especially not in America right now.

You rwords are there in black and white, and this being a thread discussing third parties, it is correct to ask you to explain.
No, it hasn't been laid to rest.
You refuse to admit your analogy was wrong.

I never made an analogy, even though you persist in making it the issue in order to avoid answering the question.

Straw man argument and a hypothetical which has absolutely NO merit whatsoever;

Not to be confused with logical, well reasoned and substantiated arguments like "It's poop.".

So if the Nazis were running against the Commies, who would you vote for to avoid throwing away your vote?

I asked this question, can you answer, Bill Clinton?

No, I asked you about your analogy.
Now you're admitting it's an analogy.
Care to try to see what is wrong with it?

It's a stupid question;however, since you're throwing a "terrible two" tantrum over it,I'll give you an answer.

I'd leave such a nation.

You know exactly what your "ilk" is,sweetums. ;-)

So you refuse to answer. LOL, damn predictable if nothing else.

BTW dearie, don't be afraid, if you have something to say about me, say it. What precisely is my ilk?

LOL, can't answer.

It's not an analogy, but I'll call it that if you have the guts to answer the question.

The thread isn't about forms of argumentation, it's about third parties,,and no amount of trying to change the subject will fool anyone reading it. They know you can't answer without sinking the entire goofy premise of the "wasted vote" argument.

No, your premise is false, your analogy is false.
You refuse to see what is wrong with your analogy, so here goes:
You have a choice betweentwo prostitutes, one has AIDS, the other has Hep-C, choose one.

Leaving the country isn't an option in the question. You made that up as an escape hatch. Nice try sweetie.

BTW, when I first asked the question, I prefaced by saying it was childish. Necessarily, to make the obtuse understand it on thier level.

"Whats your favorite color of these two? Blue or Red?" Answer,,,Tuesday. LOL
