They have the time for that since our foreign aid not only keeps them from starving, but from having to work as well -- not that they could perform any useful work, even if they had to -- except for those countries where we have shown them how to do these things, such as install an indoor toilet.

I think it's good that they're coming because they're bound to learn quite a few things they didn't know, just by being around us. For example, standing upright so their knuckles don't drag behind them. Learning to close their mouths and breathe through their noses, so their tongues don't lol out of their gaping jaws and so that they don't drool on people's carpet. I'm all in favor of cultural exchange.
