The Democratic Underground crowd is claiming that this guy Parlock has pulled a hoax. They claim the guy in the backwards cap is actually Parlock's older son.
Any WEST VIRGINIA REPUBLICANS perhaps have any background on this subject? Anybody out there that would recognize Parlock's son?
Dirty Underpants up to their tricks again...
There's a thread about this 'hoax' already started on here somewhere.
One of the lefty bloggers (I forget who) has a picture of the family, and there is some resemblance. It is suspicious that this guy has been in the papers with basically the same story in each of the last two presidential campaigns...
Ask the son himself
spideman9
What seems clear so far:
1) This man has a history of showing up with Bush/Cheney signs at Democrat rallies and complaining to the press when he is treated badly.
2) The guy with the green hat is not likely his son. He has denied it, and the reaction of the girl gives no sign of recognition.
Freeper: spiderman
His son was on Rusty Humphries radio show today THAT IS NOT HIS SON!!! THAT IS A LIBERAL TURD THAT STOLE THE SIGN FROM THE LITTLE GIRL!
That's what I was about to do!
And then read this I am the eldest of the Parlock clan....
Freeper:Spiderman9 is the son
This guy shouldn't be taking his kids to Kerry "things" in the first place. Hecklers, etc on both sides just make your side look like intolerant nuts.
omg! du claims something? lets get all flustered!
It's easier to just assume that, for everything you read, those nut jobs have some convoluted, bizarro theory about it.
If you really want to get into the spirit of the DU mindset you should probably get drunk, slam your foot in a door jam a couple times, and kick a cat before logging onto the internet.
Well, it may be a hoax, but as we've learned from CBS, that's not important. What is important is that Kerry condemn violence by his supporters against sign-carrying 3-year-olds at his campaign events.
I don't like it when the Left uses their children to push "No Nukes" or "US out of Iraq" or "whatever". I also don't like it when our side uses its children to push political issues.
Let them be children. Let them carry signs when they are old enough to understand what the signs mean.
Statement from the General President Regarding the Events in Huntington, WV (Parlock Vindicated!)
point well taken ***nothing to see here, move along...***
It is a hoax, the guy has done this kind of thing before (alledgedly)
