Monday Night RNC: 6,732,000 viewers.
The Blogspirator looked up the viewership numbers for the DNC... I think the operative description is BEATDOWN!
Drudge provided the daily hours broken down into two segments, so to be charitable The Blogspirator will pick the largest number from each slot.
Monday Night DNC: 5,348 ,000 viewers
That is a difference of more than 1.3 million viewers in the RNC's favor.
...and that was running up against the season premiere of Monday Night Football with the Dallas Cowboys and Tennessee Titans.
One wonders what this means about the two campaigns - how much is a cause of the recent shift, how much is an effect?
It's also interesting to note that while MSNBC was in last place except for Tuesdsy night, second segment when it barely beat Fox....
Fox is leading RNC coverage by about 2:1, while CNN led Fox of coverage of the DNC by a smaller margin, about 2:1.5
It seems there really are two Americas... Blue states and Red states.
