Media is carrying John "heinz" Kerry's water

Posted on 08/21/2004 8:37:56 PM PDT by JeffersonRepublic.com

The national media is just sick! I was watching CNN’s inside politics carry John Kerry’s water, and I realized that they are becoming shameless in their support for him. They blamed Bush’s family for supporting the swift boat ads, and made Kerry look like he was calling the Presidents game. Not once did they challenge Kerry on the charges. Bush was the one who was being challenged.

Think about this: How many metals does Bob Dole have? How many metals does George Bush Sr have? How many metals does John McCain have? How many times have you heard Neil Armstrong call himself a national hero? How many times have you heard John Glenn call himself a national hero?

They don’t need to tell you about their metals, they don’t have to tell you that they are national heroes because we all know the truth. They are national treasures.

Contrast these Heroes with John “Heinz” Kerry. Every night he runs commercials calling HIMSELF a national hero. He runs commercials telling us how many metals he has won. And when Vietnam veterans challenge his claims, the national media tries to destroy them.

Psst. It's "medals," not "metals."

Relax. These fools are a week behind the game. All that stuff with the medals was just to get them in the door. The real bloody noses are gonna start being administered with the second ad.

sorry about the "metals" I wish we could edit. Check this email out. It was sent to WND.

John Kerry got three Purple Hearts in 90 days of combat in Vietnam. He didn't stay a day in the hospital. My hero, George Patton, got his nose broken three times and an arm broken twice just playing football for West Point. He received a Purple Heart in World War I by almost dying from machinegun fire.

John Kerry opted to go home after three Purple Hearts and four months of duty (one month in training). George Patton ... took tank training from the French in World War I, then trained our men and led them. After the war he wanted Congress to build tanks but they didn't listen until the blitz.

Between the wars he learned to fly and led the way in light-plane flight observation of the battlefield. You know what he did in World War II. Maybe you didn't know that after the Germans were defeated, he volunteered to fight in the Pacific. Can you imagine MacArthur and Patton together?

George Patton had a son named after him who graduated from West Point several days after he died. He fought with honor in Korea and Vietnam. He died last month and the Boston Globe reported that Patton II said Kerry's anti-war action "gave aid and comfort to the enemy and probably caused some of my guys to get killed."

It's an excellent time to record, clip, tape and preserve examples of media bias for further use.

You just noticed this?? Welcome to our world that has been going on for decades. Only difference this time, is that the new media, Internet, Blogs, and Talk Radio is much more prevelant than even 4 years ago. Now you can see the bias for the insanity it is.

Rush calls it shining the light of truth. The media has always 'spiked' stories that make 'their side' look bad, but now, with the New Media, we (the people) get to see the stories that used to be buried.

Definition of bias

Definition of propaganda

They have moved beyond bias, slithering into propaganda.

And they wonder why they are losing viewers. I have given up on them and that is why I come to FR's. Except for the local news...most stations don't have anything to offer. It will be an awesome day when "W" gets reelected...4 more and I Thank God for that......keep the faith and if you know how to pray...pray...

Well, yes. In an election year it is more obvious, and in an election year with a race this close, they don't even bother dressing up propaganda with even a bikini of moderation.

LOL!!!

It became blatantly obvious with Moore's F-911. Now, the rest are simply & shamelessly falling in line.

I didn't see Moore's movie and don't remember much about it, but wasn't there something about Moore calling for Bush's assassination or something along that line?

*smile* Yes, I heard that on the Jerry Doyle show last night. But it's good to see it again. I'm very much a Patton fan.

Both CNN and MSNBC have been awful. Of course, nothing is new there. CNN was not known as the Clinton News Network for nothing. The more things change, the more they stay the same. I have watched both a little lately just to see what they are up to. I get so mad, I have to turn off the TV. They love dems. The truth means absolutely nothing to these people. They hate Bush and they are going to do anything to help Kerry get elected regardless that Kerry has absolutely NO qualifications to be President!

In related news, the sun is hot! That is the Stone-age Press' job. Surely you don't have some sort of seek the truth ideal??
