We are technically Celts, being like the Irish, a mix of Normans and Vikings with a bit of the tribal native thrown in for spice.

The Celts of the British Ilses are related to the Scythians and the Cimmerians and the Sarmations. Reason being is that shipping went from the middle east to the British Isles and Norway/Sweden/Finland before the migrations.
