I mean, forget about the crudity of this event, that is what sticks out (pun intended) to me about this: the concept that one of the most private acts known to man would not be "accessible" without the help of some external, ostensibly benevolent group.

I'm used to the leftists thinking that many simplistic things aren't possible without the state or some (self-)important organization, but for them to think that people are too powerless to even do this without the help of "society" is boggling.
