A Canadian transgender school bus driver who was fired after sporting a pink miniskirt to work has claimed he is the victim of discrimination under human rights legislation.
The driver's schoolgirl outfit began circulating in June 2025 after parents took a video of the individual at St Michael the Archangel Catholic Elementary School in Woodbridge, Ontario, according to Reduxx.
Angry parents confronted the driver and demanded to know why his bus was called the 'Lolita Line,' according to a piece of paper that they accused him of sticking to the vehicle's windshield.
The name appeared to reference author Vladimir Nabokov's 1955 novel Lolita, which tells the story of a literature professor who becomes obsessed with and sexually abuses his 12-year-old stepdaughter. The book is believed to have been a favorite of Jeffrey Epstein's.
The driver, who has only been named as L Z, was wearing a thigh-high pink skirt, a white ruffled blouse with a pink bow that left the belly exposed, knee-high white stockings and a headband during the confrontation.
The York Catholic District School Board (YCDSB), which operates the elementary school, apologized to parents after the footage spread and said L Z would no longer drive students to the school.
L Z filed a human rights complaint against the school district board and his former employer, Landmark Bus Lines, on March 16 at the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, alleging that he had been sacked because of anti-trans discrimination.
L Z alleged that he suffered 'discrimination with respect to employment because of ethnic origin, gender identity, and sex contrary to the Human Rights Code.'

I’m a boomer and I can see how they can take off on this idea, it is not true of many and I watched schools the way my parents did. I had us switching schools like it was nothing.
Parents now, and I’ll go back to boomers, don’t understand leverage. Parents have to provide an opportunity to take their kids and walk out.
That’s mom (or dad) being able to homeschool or switch schools without whining to the child. Or in front of the child. Ever. That means financial planning and good real estate decisions
It means going out today and voting Republican and quit whining
The kids do not deserve this nonsense.
It’s your employer’s right to have a general dress code. They should now require all of their school bus drivers have to wear a uniform (pantsuit for everyone).

Good God...talk to every one of the kids that this depraved pervert has transported. I’d wager that at least a few of them have very ugly tales to tell.

People immaturely told themselves that others were sane, sober, moral, and prudent people because they wore the correct costumes of sane, sober, moral, and prudent people, and affected the same speech and mannerisms.
But it was all a lie. Underneath the costumes, they were the same disordered people their parents and grandparents were.
