Influencer faces legal action for alleged lewd act in central London

Adult content creator Bonnie Blue has been charged with outraging public decency following an alleged incident in Westminster in December 2025. The 26-year-old influencer, whose legal name is Tia Billinger, is accused of performing a lewd act in a public space in central London.
The Metropolitan Police confirmed that Billinger was charged via postal requisition on 16 March 2026 and is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on 22 April. According to the force, the charge relates to an incident on Great Peter Street on 15 December, where a woman in her 20s was later interviewed under caution before a referral was made to the Crown Prosecution Service.
Under English law, the offence of outraging public decency carries a maximum penalty of six months' imprisonment, an unlimited fine, or both. The charge was first reported by The Sun and later confirmed by The Mirror, citing the Metropolitan Police.
Legal Proceedings and Allegations
Police said the investigation assessed whether the alleged conduct met the threshold for the common law offence, which requires the act to take place in public and be capable of being witnessed by at least two members of the public. The offence does not require proof that a specific individual was directly offended.
Reports indicate that Billinger is accused of simulating a sexual act while holding Indonesia's national flag near the country's diplomatic premises. The Metropolitan Police stated that officers conducted an investigation before submitting evidence to the Crown Prosecution Service, which authorised the charge.
The offence applies to conduct considered seriously offensive and carried out in public.
Previous Incident in Indonesia
The charge follows earlier legal issues involving Billinger in Indonesia. In early 2025, she was detained in Bali over alleged breaches of local regulations, including working while on a tourist visa.
According to reports at the time, she was released after paying a small fine related to traffic offences but was subsequently ordered to leave the country by immigration authorities. She was later deported and reportedly barred from returning for an extended period.
The current case relates solely to the alleged incident in London and is being handled under UK law.
