It turns out there is a certain breed of men who continue to cheat on their loved ones — and it has to do with either the type of job they have or the lack thereof.
According to a new study conducted by the Institute for Family Studies in a blog post, men in high-power positions — like CEOs, surgeons and physicians — and those unemployed are more likely to cheat than their counterparts.
Writer Wendy Wang studied occupational data from the General Social Survey (GSS) to conclude that 18% of men in these top positions have been unfaithful in their marriage. And on the flip side of things, unemployed men ages 25 to 54 are more likely to have extramarital sex since about 1-5 of them have already cheated.

I hope so...
Holy crap the women journalists project a lot.
To be fair and balanced they need to do the same article on women.
Jobs that have highest percentages of women cheaters:
Nurses/doctors
Flight attendants
Lawyers / paralegals
Bartenders
Bankers
Teachers
Social workers
Forgot three
Entertainers/singers
Actresses
Dancers
Perhaps cheaters become unemployable....
Like a clock striking 1200...a thread about men cheating turns into women bashing..typical for fr unfortunately.
Does it really seem that way? Clinton and Trump still have jobs.
Where do these types find the time to cheat?
Same goes for the women.
I would think politicians would be number 1 on the list.
There are some men that women of all types have an impulse to mate with and those men tend to be somewhat carefree and fun seeking, which lends to less time working and accumulating material goods, than ‘normal joe’ males.
When a guy is that guy who stirs the female sex drive, money and work mean nothing, remember the studies that reveal throughout history the impulse of the village females to mate with the drifter, the traveler, the mystery stranger.
A few men have the role of “backdoor man” thrown at them.
Believe me, I know from personal experience that likely the majority of married women go in and out of phase cheating during marriage. It is justified by their personal feelings that their emotional, status or material “needs” are not being met within their marriage, so they make forays into the “wild side” every few years or so.
I left such a one, after wasting far too many years in that situation. In the end I did not matter much at all.Getting out was the best thing I had done in many decades.
I have to laugh at all this crap about men cheating. Yes men cheat, but so do women, and the most likely to cheat are the ones who seem on the exterior to be the most loyal.
What is the percent then? Women don't jump ship unless they have a foot already aboard another.
‘ghurl bashing’...
Kek
Ghurl-boss fatigue.
The unemployed? What’s that about?
In order to have a balanced discussion, it is necessary to also illuminate and examine the female side of the equation.
That isn't "woman-bashing."
Regards,
What is the percent then? Women don't jump ship unless they have a foot already aboard another.
That is a well-documented female behavior known as monkey-branching.
Women almost inevitably have another guy or guys already "lined up" before they "take the plunge."

Where did President Clinton find the time?
High-value men and/or men in positions of power don't need to invest lots of time in the usual courtship rituals. They get p*ssy thrown at them!
Regards,
From my experience, when women cheat, they get nasty. Men view it as an escape from boredom. A thrill. No intention to divorce. Women see divorce like an option to pick from a menu when ordering lunch.
Modern women see marriage as a no-lose proposition. My ex-wife, when talking about a friend who got a divorce proclaimed with glee, “child support is where the money is!”. So they view the child support as their money, not the child’s money. I was in shock when I heard her say it. About two years later I was paying her child support after her affair.
So yes, the modern American woman, to her credit, has successfully turned marriage into a one-way street.
Any man getting married better have a prenup that states he gets the kids if she has an affair and that she will pay the child support to pay for the day care.
My job is sorting paperclips. I admit I take a few home occasionally.
Something that would surprise some people is learning how many girls in their mid 20s have never had their own apartment.
It isn’t unusual for a girl to move from their family home into their boyfriend’s apartment, and then into the next boyfriend’s apartment, and so on, until one day you notice that there is a lot of stuff in your apartment that belongs to the girl you are having sex with and you ask her, “are you living here?” and you learn that she is around so much and so sexually convenient because she quietly has been moving into your place.
Women bashing? The "lifestyle editor" at the New York Post wrote this piece to bash men.
