On the plus side, I’d have to say the school lunch program has been something of a success.

Blacks have basically wasted the last 50-60 years of Fed.gov progressive-woke promotion using massive government debt on their behalf. They are arguably now materially better off than their grandparents, but have morally and spiritually collapsed.
When Fed.gov fiat money debt-bubble finally pops, they are going to be in world of self-created hurt.
