E-Verify already exists.
Enforce it. Fine employers $10k each violation [whether Walmart or house gardener], permit private lawyers to bring lawsuits to collect fine/fees just like they do with the ADA. Committing the “in-country” crime of working without authorization results in utomatic deportation for the illegal & forfeits of any other “grounds” to remain. Remove all eligibility for state-funded benefits.
Do those 3 things, 80% will self-deport and the rest can be dealt with. IT’S NOT THAT HARD!
Not unless the passengers are in handcuffs and strapped into the seats. Illegal aliens know if they kick up enough fuss, they won’t be returned to their third world $hit hole.
They force authorities to do what they want, or the authorities must hurt them. The authorities will be fired and possibly prosecuted even just for defending themselves. An airline crew can’t do anything to defend themselves or their plane. We live in a world where an employee who stops a shoplifter will be fired. I suspect they’ll get no bids.
