You said "Abuse of pain medication is a likely cause" inferring that this guy likely abused medication.
You could have said "Abuse of pain medication is a possible cause" which would have only suggested that this guy might have abused medication.
You called him a likely drug user without knowing a thing about him.

I look forward to your comments on those who slandered the pharmaceutical companies when they assumed this man’s demise was due to the vaccines. Multiple instances.
Good guess, of course it can't be you know what...

After COVID: Myocarditis no big deal

How about I point to your bad behavior, ie, double standard, excusing/ignoring anti-vaxxer bad behavior.
I happen to agree with much of what they say.

So, you agree that assuming the vaccines cause a death is appropriate even when there is no evidence to support that assumption while ignoring the fact that there have been multiple reports of stuntmen resorting to self-medication to cope with their multiple career induced injuries?
I just don't add the qualifier "likely" to it.

That hurts. I'm one of those others you don't care about. And the rest of the FReepers. We deserve care too.
A friend of mine passed away about 45 days before I retired last year. He didn’t get the jab, but he contracted Covid at least two times, maybe three. He took a nap one afternoon and never woke up. It hit everyone hard, myself included. He was only 53, wife, three kids. He also had other health problems that didn’t help (severe sleep apnea) and he battled the bottle too. It still haunts my dreams and thoughts every single day.
Are you a "slanderer of the pharmaceutical companies?"

Sorry fo your loss. O lost a 21 yr old nephew to sleep apnea
I don't know. I never thought about it. Yeah, I could do that if I set my mind to it. Make up some T-shirts. Slogans. Is there any money in it? Are you looking for a creative genius for a partner?

My friends death was even more difficult because I got moderate sleep apnea, and I was sharing information with him on how to make it easier to wear the mask at night and how to get used to it. I don’t know that he ever got his equipment because he had just been diagnosed with it, though he had suffered with it for years. James Park. I’ll never forget him.
Even though the man was still early 40s that's too much on a mortal playing a hybrid.
Seriously though, no one really knows squat until the autopsy and drug analysis come in.
Political Junkie Too wrote: “I agree that it’s as valid an assumption as any other until a coroner provides the true cause of death. I just don’t add the qualifier “likely” to it.”
But you don’t have a problem with those insisting, without a coroner’s input, that the vaccine is the ‘likely’ cause?
My job is to keep you in your lane when you do your job.
