Several thousand people took part in a demonstration in Dublin city center in support of Palestine today.
It is one of several protests called across the country today.
Crowds marched from the Spire on Dublin’s O’Connell Street to the Department of Foreign Affairs on Saint Stephen’s Green. There were chants calling for a ceasefire now and for the expulsion of the Israeli Ambassador to Ireland.
Dr. Abdullah Al Bayvari, a Palestinian-Irish doctor, addressed the rally on behalf of the Ireland Palestine Solidarity Committee. He called on the Irish Government to take immediate action against Israel saying “the time to act is now; this is the critical moment”. He also called for a boycott and sanctions against Israel and he invited those at the rally today to attend a national demonstration in Dublin next week. […]
Organizers of a pro-Palestine rally in Belfast changed its time and location to avoid a clash with an Armistice Day remembrance event. […]
Around 1,500 people attended the march in Cork city in support of Palestine. It was organized by the Cork Palestine Solidarity campaign. Earlier, at a rally on the Grand Parade, there were calls for a ceasefire in Gaza, for the expulsion of Israel’s Ambassador to Ireland, and for a boycott of Israeli goods. …

It seems the good ones either died or left in the 19th century. And I say that as a descendant of the ones who left.

The Muzzies have taken over the “Micks”. Nice.
stupid assholes
Israel = UK.
False comparison, though. Not that it matters to this Europeanized brand of “Irish” who will find out too late that being part of the “European” empire will end worse for them than being part of the British one. (It was the papacy that gave the rule of Ireland to the British king.)
Very sad to see the western white Christian elites crapping these third world violent Muslim turds all over
1,500 people turning out to an event in Ireland is not a very big crowd. Subtract the non-Irish (Palestinian or Arab students in Ireland, probably) and you’ve got very few actual Irish people supporting this.
The translations of the Holy Quran being sold to non Muslims have been altered to make Islam look like a religion of peace.
In our world what we call terrorism, in their world is just Muslims doing as the Holy Quran commands them.
https://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/16955 This is a link to a free book on Gutenberg.org, three translations by 3 Imams of the Holy Quran side by side.
Remember in one memorable scene, one of Scott's lines says it all: As Patton surveys the positive results of the battle in progress between Allied forces and the Nazi army in northern Africa, he proclaims, “Rommel, you magnificent bastard, I read your book!”
Every non Muslim needs to read the book.
Until they do, and then behave accordingly, this madness will never end.

My main question is this...if these “Palestinian Irish” feel so strongly about what Israel is doing, why march in Ireland and not go to Gaza and help the Palestinians? It is easy to be in another country, safe and sound, and drum up people for your cause and march down a street. It is quite another to actually put your marching feet back in your homeland and actually fight.
That’s a large crowd for Ireland.
And remember, this is what their government supports.
