Would be a smart move by Israel, but I doubt that they go that far. More likely they’ll the level Northern Gaza in order to deal with the tunnel network. If civilians are still there, they won’t be targeted, instead they’ll be ignored, so lots will perish, if Hamas keeps them trapped in the North.
Needless to say Israel will get blasted by the ‘World Community’, but then again, if Israel goes out of its way to avoid harming civilians, they’ll get the same treatment.
