A leading doctor who threw a backyard party for his sister's birthday in Queens claims their group was 'hosed' with water by a 'racist' white neighbor during a noise dispute
Dr Yves Duroseau, who was the first US physician to receive the covid vaccine, and more than a dozen of his guests allege that neighbor Marcus Rosebrock, violated their civil rights by attacking the group.
Rosebrock, a German national, denies the allegations and 'rejects any characterization that he is racist', according to a statement from his lawyer.
Guests included Rigo Morales, a record executive who has worked with Eminem and 50 Cent, along with lawyers and banking bosses. The suit said many of those present were friends Rosevony met at Fordham Law School.
They enjoyed a nine-course al fresco dinner cooked by TV chef Vanessa Cantave, who won the Bravo reality cooking competition Rocco's Dinner Party in 2011.
At 9.50pm when the party was 'winding down', the female defendant known as Jane Doe 'entered the Duroseau home uninvited with a large German Shepherd and demanded that the music playing in the backyard be turned down', according to the lawsuit.
Dr Duroseau told the woman the party would be ending soon and requested that she leave his property, before he returned to his yard to continue socializing.
But soon after, Rosebrock, whose yard neighbors Duroseau's, 'took his water hose and began water hosing [the guests] in the Duroseau's backyard to get them to disperse', according to the suit.
The suit said the incident created 'a scene reminiscent of 1960s Birmingham, Alabama, when white law enforcement officers used fire hoses to douse, assault and batter African Americans

Sound of an incessant basketball dribbling could drive one up the wall. There’s no escape from the sound.
Very bad optics for the defendants, but Malik must feel like she hit the lottery: water hosing and German Shepards!
Some people are just loud.
Why they have to play the car stereo full blast with the windows down?
Why does the music have to be loud at a dinner party?
Even talking on the phone outside you can hear them 300 feet away.
Is it because they have damaged their hearing with repeated loud noises? Or is it because they have a right to do so and must exercise it?
>> German, German, German...
clearly it was an egermancy
That says a lot right there (if he actually got jabbed). Definitely not someone I'd want as a "doctor".
Must have been an assault hose.
Why does race have to do anything with this???
Probably one of those government “public health” doctors.
happens quite a lot between neighbors regardless of skin color. Only the MSM can make it racist for a story.
That's why, the two times I have had noise problems from neighbors, my 158 decibel Leslie train horns, air compressor and I stayed on my property.
The compressor on my Unimog easily supplies enough air to keep the horns going indefinitely.
I just open the valve and leave.
Return 15 minutes or so later, no noise.
One neighbor moved away the next day. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em.
I am quite sure it was an awesome party.
I have a friend who throws one like that every year for three days, the only difference is that he has 30 or 40 bands and lets people bring their tents and RVs, the other neighbors lend their pastures for parking and stuff
It is more Jazz but the sound is good.
but he has this bitchy old german neighbor lady who I have had the pleasure of speaking to a few times. She hates him and me too. She called the cops every year, multiple times during each three days and when they stopped responding then she called the the county guys etc.
after the third year she aimed high powered spotlights at his bedroom window and had cameras etc, that kinda nice neighborly thing. all over 3 days a year.
but she has not bothered him for a while fortunately
Rap, or hip-hop music is not really music so much as provocation—which most people nowadays mistake art of any genre.
It sounds like the neighbors— who did cross the line— are going to lose their “hat, ass and overcoat” in court unless they come up with something to mitigate their irresponsibility.
Noise pollution, or ‘rap music syndrome’ seems their best bet to me. “I just wanted to make it stop...”
Some people are more susceptible than others, arguably.
When God was handing out stupidity, he was first in line
Re: lacking gene- I saw a video on a family who has adopted many, many children. The mother is so loving and giving and just goes all out for them, treating them with equal love. As a joke, she went to each of the kids and said she was hungry and asked for a bite of their meal. Every single one of those kids - biological, foster and adopted - immediately got concerned and offered ALL of their food.
Except for two that you can guess. Without hesitation. Just, ‘nope’.
That'll do it. :-)
My white trash neighbors tried that with us. Problem is, we had zero in common with them and just wanted to go home after a bit. Their pool parties got out of hand and i decided to spray for bugs when the screaming got too loud.
They did not GAS about our being irritated by the parties.
Professional couple we sold our house to ended up selling after a couple years for a $200k loss. Fairly sure they could not handle the trash partying either.
You need the Attack Dog to go with the Fire Hose, or the Civil Rights marchers imagery doesn’t gel as well.
That was where I was going with it too.
I had to read that line a few times myself to be sure. I don’t understand why this woman thought she could bring her dog uninvited inside someone’s house.
