I don’t think those pictures are real. They look like stock photos.
(And I don’t think the story itself is real.)
I seriously doubt that the pictures accompanying the article are photographs of the actual people allegedly involved. They look like posed stock photos.
Just maybe (assuming this event actually happened, which is doubtful) the lady is indeed having problems with being overweight, and just maybe her friend is helping her stay “on the wagon”.
Maybe.
Has anyone on this thread considered that possibility?
