I have to agree with you. I spent a week in the medical penitentiary When I finally got home I took the best shower of my life.

That doesn’t bode well for the perversion agenda!

A shower before sex is even better.

Where I live now, I have a continuous HWH and I can shower for hours should I wish.
I actually have become a fan of lengthy hot showers during allergy season and with old age aches and pains. Starts my day much better.

The water bill is nothing compared to the gas or electric bill for that hot water.

Yet, ANOTHER pointless indulgent "No-Where" FAD being presented to the "Mindless!"

"The newest trend in grooming is the “everything shower,” which entails taking an extremely warm, steamy shower for two to four hours, soaping up every nook and cranny while they blast their favorite music."
I doubt it takes that long to do a garbage truck.

Soap in every nook and cranny for hours? Sounds like a recipe for a vicious UTI. NO THANK YOU.

Yep. When I was working full time, I would shave, hit the head and the shower in 15 minutes. Done. Out the door to work. My kids tried to take 20+ minute showers, so I told them, I would turn off the water heater at 15. That was long enough.

Well, you must live in a RED state because where we live (upstate NY) the water bill can easily be $200-$300 a month.

that doesn’t sound very environmentally friendly.

About a month later I could have one every day.
I was on a wound vac and the home nurse had to do the dressing change.

That’s terrible.
So is your water bill.

It takes 1 kilowatt hour of electricity to heat about 5 gallons of water from 40F to 120F.
At my electric rates (14 cents per kwh), that means it will cost about $1.40 to heat 50 gallons of water.
I suspect that you don’t pay nearly $1.40 for 50 gallons of water to your utility. That’s $28 for 1000 gallons.

Just a more outward manifestation of their acceptance of the left’s tenet of Nihilism. Why reproduce if there is no right or wrong, heaven or earth, good or bad, male or female, future or past….
Once they accept no need to reproduce then it’s another small step to ask why should sex be practiced.
Honestly it’s probably good if 50% or so of Gen Z doesn’t reproduce (and I’ve never said that about any Gen before..in my life).

A few years ago I did a 6 day backpack trek. 90 degrees, 90% humidity. No showers. The last night we stayed at a campground so we could cleanup before driving home.
My shower took about 5 minutes.
