Sounds like the babblings of those who can’t get any in the first place.
You will never score, Beavis.
When we lived in the country, I would get on my kids about staying in the shower too long. We had a well and running a 220 pump to get it out of the ground, through a water softener and into a septic system.
shower with friends save energy
Who is paying the water bill? As a landlord who pays the water bill, I’d be POed.
Shouldn't the tenant be paying his/her own water bill? When I lived in an apartment the utilities were not included in the rent but billed separately. Or is that also illegal in NY?
In college I lived in a dorm built in the early 1900’s that had a steam plant (it was warm enough in my room I turned off the radiator and left the window open 30 miles south of Lake Erie). It rained and snowed all the time, so water availability wasn’t a problem. We turned on the shower on hot and let it run for 30 hours and it would still peel the skin off you at then end of it. Since it was pretty big, we’d tilt the shower heads off to the sides and fire them up and use it like a sauna.
I miss the late 70’s when you didn’t have to give a crap about anything.
all utilties have to be separately metered to charge the tenants. We have two duplexes where the gas and electric are on separate meters but not the water.
