As gas prices have risen for 15 consecutive days and OPEC+ announced production cuts — which could drive prices even higher — Fox News contributor and former White House Deputy Chief of Staff Karl Rove argued Republicans stand “a good chance” of gaining control in the Senate after the midterm elections, on “Cavuto Live” Saturday, as inflation remains a top concern for voters.
“The Senate is a difficult picture for the Republicans because there are 21 Republicans up and only 14 Democrats. None of the Democrats are up in states that Donald Trump won. And two of the Republican seats are up in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania; an open seat in Pennsylvania, Senator Ron Johnson incumbent in Wisconsin. Those seats are in states that Joe Biden won, albeit by a very small margin. The Republicans are likely, I think they have a good chance of holding both of those seats and holding in three other seats that are up for grabs in this election that are in Republican states.” …

Perfect…for ham head.
“Karl Rove predicts GOP stands ‘a good chance’ of winning Senate control in the midterms.”
Much to the chagrin of the current Republican leadership.
Actually, Repubs are going to take both houses due to reduced voter fraud. The Red Wave was always there, including the last election.
There is one major reason voter fraud is going to be in check (at least more contained). That is because Trump made it center stage. There will be tens of thousands of more election watchers and lawyers. This will be the most closely-watched election in decades. Another Trump victory.
This message is partially aimed at the crybaby Freepers posting (not you Degaston) that Trump should keep his mouth shut up about the obviously stolen election. Elections have been stolen for decades, hopefully, voters will have a little more vote power (where their vote counts) thanks to Trump.
Why would that happen. Linda just channeled McCain and stood with him in calling for the attempt to assassinate Putin - what could go wrong except starting or better ending WWIII.
BushCounty, yep... let’s see if it is enough to return any semblance of accountability to our government.
9 Oct: Daily Mail: Biden administration pays $265,000 a year in salaries of staff whose job is to deflect Hunter stories and Republican probes
by Sophie Mann
In anticipation of a GOP victory in the House in November, the White House has so far agreed to part ways with $265,000 of taxpayer dollars for salaries of staffers who will primarily fend off the coming attacks.
And that number is expected to grow...

Bush league RINO.
IMO we have to win either the Georgia or Pennsylvania Senate races to take the Senate.
If we get either of those we should have it.
I called it last week at 65% chance and upped it to 70% yesterday.
Can I get $100M too?
Rove is trying to get back in the game.
Only a fool would let him back in.
“9 Oct: Daily Mail: Biden administration pays $265,000 a year in salaries of staff”
We’re talking about Washington D.C. government work. That’s only enough for one staff person.
I’d love to shove that white board up his arse!
Go away f-tard!!!!!
And I really wonder if Rowe us actually happy about making that prediction.
My wife and I are voting for Herschel Walker in November. Had enough of the Ebenezer Baptist Pimp Preacher for a lifetime.
‘Stands a good chance’
I mean WTF does that even mean?
You could apply the catchphrase, “stands a good chance” for anything in the entire universe.
After two completely disastrous years of Biden, if the Republicans merely “stand a good chance” of retaking the Senate, then the voters have become too stupid to engage in self-government and the country is finished. What will it take to get their attention — when we all get down to one meal a day, when missiles rain down on American cities, when China demands that the United States surrenders, and it does?
Republican politicians are too stupid to realize that “business as usual” will not get the job done. We are not talking about right versus left, about “my policy efforts are more productive than yours,” we are talking about the imminent collapse of the country as we have known it if the Biden administration is not stopped.
