Cheaters never prosper — and this “crazy” woman is ensuring that her fiancé pays the piper should he ever do the late-night creep with another.
A newly engaged woman on TikTok has admittedly reached a “new level of crazy” after revealing that she had her hubby-to-be sign a legally binding contract.
And per the paperwork, he’s agreed to cover her living expenses if he ever has an affair. “My fiancé just signed a legal document and we got it notarized that if he cheats on me he has to pay my bills,” explained a giddy Chaylene Martinez, known online as @SalamiiQueen, in a trending video with more than 7 million views

Is this even enforceable in no fault? At least in some no fault states, I think the law invalidates anything that would penalize a party for adultery or another fault?
Also, she says her fiancé has to pay her bills if he commit adultery, but it sounds like there is no penalty if she is the one who commits adultery? She still gets rewarded?
Define cheat.
signed under duress
It’s called a pre-nup. If she wanted it to hold up in court, she’d hire a lawyer. This is just another attempt to “go viral” where idiots air their dirty laundry and their fetid personalities all over the Internet for impressionable 15 year olds to hope to mimic one day.
While this kind of ‘contract’ SHOULD NOT have a prayer in court...it was signed by a man, rather than a woman - so the guy likely won’t have a chance if he fights to invalidate it.
Usually in a pre-nup both parties have an attorney. If not it may not look valid in the eyes of the court, especially if one party has an attorney and the other doesn’t.
Didn’t click through.
I wonder if he demanded the same, and whether she refused, but I refuse to play by clicking (I’m not that curious).
I will state, however, that based upon my conversations with younger females (daughters of coworkers & neighbors), males 17-25 today warrant her demand.
Yes, but I don’t think this would be a valid prenup in a state that is no fault. Maybe a lawyer can comment?
Why?
C-8, H7.
Outside the Crazy-Hot line.
In the Danger Zone
Any man who would sign such a contract deserves what he is about to get.
Thank heavens I am no longer ‘out there’ and I can trust my spouse.
What a nightmare today. If you have to do this you do not trust the person already.
It is like living with a Damocles sword over your partners head and how long will love last in that relationship?
Dude should have thrown the paper in her face and ran as far far away as possible.
If she’s tired of him and wants a free ride, she can set something up.
Men usually don’t do very well in divorces cases.
If my fiancee had dared to hand me such a document I would have shredded it and broken off the engagement, immediately.
Not because I’m a cheater, but because it’s profoundly insulting.
Nothing good would ever come of it.
Uh, “SalamiQueen?” Not sure I’d want to go there.
I'll dump her right there. Even if the relationshup is going smoothly until that point.
Sometimes the f’ng you get, aint worth the f’ng you get.
Not worth the paper it’s written on.
