While this kind of ‘contract’ SHOULD NOT have a prayer in court...it was signed by a man, rather than a woman - so the guy likely won’t have a chance if he fights to invalidate it.

Not necessarily! Up here in the people’s republic of Oregon I won a case against my ex-wife. With a WOMAN judge even! The disagreement boiled down to contract law, she did what the contract said NOT to do, and paid the price.
