It’s called a pre-nup. If she wanted it to hold up in court, she’d hire a lawyer. This is just another attempt to “go viral” where idiots air their dirty laundry and their fetid personalities all over the Internet for impressionable 15 year olds to hope to mimic one day.

Usually in a pre-nup both parties have an attorney. If not it may not look valid in the eyes of the court, especially if one party has an attorney and the other doesn’t.

Yes, but I don’t think this would be a valid prenup in a state that is no fault. Maybe a lawyer can comment?
