Ticket agent appears to be from Bangladesh and FBI goon appears to be from China (possible full name Kenneth Yiuwah Diu). Chinese look down on dark-skinned Asians (Vietnamese, Filipinos, Indians, etc) and consider them inferiors only fit as servants and menial laborers.

The agent threw up the sign to his dash after the ticket was written. He knew he should have done that earlier. He’s a petty scofflaw and reverts to criminal assault when he isn’t appeased by those he considers beneath him.
A government agent with poor supervision, poor character and bad training.
I use to deliver pizzas . One time as I was coming back to the car I saw a cop writing a ticket. Rather than getting angry I said ‘ wow! You guys are fast! I’m usually gone before any of you show up.’ . He stopped writing the ticket
The agent needs to be sued and thrown in jail for that behavior and the subsequent injury.
Who has the authority to steal a policeman’s equipment and taint a ticket with it?

It's probably official policy to lie, because meter maids probably get a lot of pressure from angry drivers to void tickets.
Plus, extra kudos for lying to an FBI agent. This meter maid is my hero of the day.
I hope the FBI is forced to pay tens of millions in a settlement.

2. Are we seriously supposed to believe that an agent ticketed on an official stakeout is going to blow his cover and make a huge scene with a ticket writer? Pay the damn ticket and turn in an expense report.
3. It is almost guaranteed the agent was doing something unauthorized and did not want to be caught.

THIS FBI willfully breaks laws all the time. We are supposed to sit back and say, “Okay” because they are gods.
Why couldn’t the FBI agent park the car properly in the first place? I wouldn’t be surprised if he was simply taking a nap. Arrogant and entitled fellow.

The Fed arrested him and cuffed him. Shoulder injuries are typical in arrests when anger monkeys do ‘compliance holds’ where they cuff a person and then lift their arms behind their back to inflict pain.
